Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and A-Square Info Solutions ("we", "us"), trading as InsightApex AI™, for using ClipFaceless (clipfaceless.com). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

ClipFaceless turns a topic you write into a short vertical video using AI: script, narration, captions and visuals. It can also keep a series of numbered episodes and, if you connect your account, post videos to YouTube. Features and providers may change over time.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 (or the minimum age where you live) and able to enter a binding agreement.
  • Give a real email address, keep your sign-in secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity on it, including videos made by your automatic series.
  • One person, one account. Do not create accounts to abuse free credits.

3. Credits, payments and refunds

  • New accounts get free credits. A normal video uses 1 credit; options marked Premium may use more.
  • Failed videos are refunded automatically. You can also stop a video that is still being made and get its credit back.
  • Credit packs are paid through Stripe. Credits are used for generating videos, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Taxes may apply.
  • Because credits are used up as soon as the compute work is done, purchases of credits are generally non-refundable once used. If something went wrong that you think we should fix, email us within 14 days and we will review it fairly. Where the law gives you a refund right, it still applies.
  • Automatic series: each episode they make uses 1 credit. A series pauses itself when your credits run out. You can pause or delete a series at any time.

4. Your content and who owns the videos

  • You keep ownership of the topics and prompts you write. Subject to these terms and the rights of the AI and stock providers we use, we give you the right to use the videos we make for you, including commercially (for example on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram).
  • You give us permission to store, process and display your content only to run the service for you (see the Privacy Policy).
  • AI output can be similar for different users and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking facts, names and claims before you publish.
  • Stock footage or images used in a video come from third-party libraries under their licences. You may use the finished video, but you may not extract and resell the individual stock clips.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ClipFaceless to make or share content that:

  • is illegal, or infringes someone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
  • imitates or shows a real, named person saying or doing things they did not (impersonation, deepfakes, fake quotes or fake news);
  • is sexual content involving minors, sexually explicit, graphically violent or promotes self-harm, hate, harassment or terrorism;
  • gives dangerous medical, legal or financial advice or makes false promises of income;
  • is spam, a scam, or built to mislead people (including clickbait that the video does not deliver on);
  • attacks, overloads or tries to get around the limits or security of the service, or resells access to it.

We may refuse, remove or stop content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Posting to YouTube and other platforms

  • You decide what is posted and you are responsible for it. Posting with the YouTube connection or auto-post uploads to your own channel using your permission, and videos are uploaded as Private unless you choose otherwise.
  • When you connect YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke access at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
  • You must follow each platform's rules, including turning on AI-generated or altered-content labels when they ask for them. Platforms decide on reach and monetization; we do not guarantee views, followers, approval of your channel or earnings.
  • Posting to TikTok, Instagram or Facebook is done by you in their apps using our share buttons.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but it depends on third-party providers and may be slow, limited or unavailable at times. Generation times are estimates. We may change, add or remove features, prices or providers. If we make a change that clearly harms paid users we will tell you in advance where we can.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, abuse the service or if the law requires. Unused paid credits may be forfeited when an account is ended for breaking the rules; otherwise contact us about unused credits.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that videos will suit your purpose or avoid copyright or platform problems, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or platform actions against your channel. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where A-Square Info Solutions is registered, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to use your own courts. We may update these terms and will change the date above; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Questions: privacy@clipfaceless.com.
